Lean frozen boneless buffalo meat for processing, wholesale and food-service programmes that need a clear specification.

The programme
Indian buffalo meat — carabeef — is the country’s established red-meat export. It is lean, boneless and deglanded, packed for processors, wholesalers and food-service importers who need manufacturing cuts they can grind, slice or further portion at destination. It is not cattle beef. That distinction matters at inspection and in the buyer’s specification.
India-origin frozen boneless buffalo (carabeef). Deboned and deglanded for export. We do not export cow beef from India.

Blast-frozen to −18°C or below, vacuum inner bags in export cartons, reefer dispatch with lot identification for commercial traceability.
