Public guidance describes ZAD as the federal system for registering food before sale in the UAE. A 2024 USDA FAIRS report also names Dubai’s FIRS and ZADI portals for label assessment. The fields reviewed include the product name, origin, shelf life and storage. Confirm which portal your company uses. This desk does not file that registration.
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology states that Cabinet Resolution No. 10 of 2014 requires a Halal certificate from a Halal certification body registered by the ministry. The UAE National Halal Mark is optional. This page does not say a Crestline lot carries that mark.
Each emirate still inspects at its own entry point. Abu Dhabi and Dubai have their own briefs. Cattle beef is not exported from India. Name the emirate, the product, the cuts, the volume and whether the lot is frozen or chilled.
