Priority market
Meat, mutton & buffalo
for Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi starts with the port and the product. Documents and packing notes sit below — not in this line.
Abu Dhabi is not a generic “UAE” enquiry. Shipments into Khalifa, Musaffah and the emirate’s food hubs are reviewed by ADAFSA, with federal product registration through the ZAD food-trade portal. Labels, slaughter dates, Halal certificates from a UAE-recognised body and a health certificate from origin all have to match the packing.
We supply three lines into this market: frozen chicken (whole and parts), chilled or frozen mutton, and frozen boneless buffalo meat. Indian buffalo is carabeef — lean, boneless, deglanded — not cattle beef. That distinction matters at Abu Dhabi inspection and in buyer specifications.
Typical conversations from Abu Dhabi are FCL reefers of buffalo manufacturing cuts for processors, chilled mutton carcasses on air freight for wet markets and butchers, and frozen chicken for catering and retail. Share cut list, monthly volume and whether you need inner retail bags or bulk cartons. We reply with packing, temperature and document set — not a storefront price list.
If you buy for hotels, labour catering, hypermarkets or a Mussafah warehouse, say so in the enquiry. The trim and pack change. We do not claim a local Abu Dhabi warehouse unless you are told otherwise in writing; the offer is origin supply plus export documentation coordinated for your importer of record.
